Our Components
Injector Sleeves
A diesel engine Injector Sleeve is a critical component of the fuel injection system. It provides a sealed passage for the fuel injector to deliver fuel into the combustion chamber. Made from materials like Steel, Copper, Brass or Bronze, injector sleeves are press fit into the cylinder head to prevent leaks
Valve Spring Retainers
A valve spring retainer's main function is to keep a valve spring in place and maintain the correct spring height. It works with the valve keepers to keep the valve spring under the right amount of pressure, which is important for the engine's performance.
Bridge Valves
A bridge valve, also known as a valve bridge, is a component of a valve train assembly that regulates the opening and closing of a pair of valves. It works by allowing a single rocker arm to actuate both valves simultaneously. The valve bridge's primary function is to maintain the proper pressure level in an internal combustion engine (ICE).
Dowel Pins
Dowel pins are fasteners that work by using friction to hold two or more parts together in a fixed alignment. They are typically made of hardened steel and are available in a range of sizes.
Block Plates
The Engine block spacer plates were designed to reduce stresses on the liner flange, which could cause cracking. The spacer plate is just a few thousands of an inch thinner than the liner flanges, this ensures the correct liner protrusion and guarantees proper head gasket sealing.
Cylinder Liner Shims
Cylinder liners serve a crucial role in internal combustion engines by providing a smooth sliding surface for the piston's reciprocating motion. The friction resistance on the inner walls of the liner is minimal, allowing piston rings to glide smoothly along its surface.
Spacers & Gaskets
gasket works by filling the space between two or more surfaces to create a pressure-tight seal and prevent leaks. The gasket material deforms to match the surfaces it's compressed against, filling in any imperfections. Gaskets are used to protect moving parts from rubbing against hard surfaces and creating friction
