Aluminium, SG Iron & Steel Manifolds

Iron 400/18, and various steel grades as per customer
requirements. - Quality Control: 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) and Dye
Penetrant (DP) testing before machining. - Size Range: Up to 600 mm.
Non-Ferrous Castings
- Moulding Processes:Gravity Die Casting (GDC), Investment, and Shell.
- Material Grades:
1. GDC: LM6, LM25, AlSi7Mg, A356, LM9, LM24, AlSi8Cu3 with Heat Treatment (T6
& T7).
2. Brass: 85-5-55 grade. - Weight Range: 0.01 Kg to 42 Kg (depending on process and material).
Steel Castings
- Moulding Processes: Investment, Shell, and Hand Moulding (Furan &
CO2). - Materials: Plain Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, High Alloy Steel,
Stainless Steel, Heat-Resistant Steel, and Nickel-Based Alloys. - Weight Range:
1. Investment Casting: 0.05 Kg to 80 Kg.
2. Shell Casting: 0.5 Kg to 6 Kg.
3. Hand Moulding: 5 Kg to 1,400 Kg. - Material Grades:
1. Carbon Steel: WCB, WCC, LCB, LCC.
2. Stainless Steel: CF3, CF3M, CF8, CF8M, CA6NM, etc.
3. Low Alloy Steel: WC6, WC9, C5, 60K, 75K.
4. High Alloy Steel: C12 (ASTM Standard).
Ferrous Castings
- Moulding Processes: Investment, Shell, Green Sand, and Hand Moulding (Furan & CO2).
- Materials: Grey Cast Iron (CI), Spheroidal Graphite Iron (SGI), Compact Graphite Iron
(GCI), and Ni-Resist Cast Iron. - Weight Range: 0.10 Kg to 150 Kg.
- Standards: ASTM, BS, JIS, DIN, EN, SAE, ISO, UNI, and other international standards.
- Mechanical Properties:
1. Cast Iron: UTS 150-350 MPa, Hardness 150-270 BHN.
2. SG Iron: UTS 370-900 MPa, Elongation 2%-22% with impact test.
3. GC Iron: Grades 250, 300, 350, 400, 450.
4. Ni-Resist: Grade Type 1
